How much does Gruden regret not staying in the booth right now. Money wasn't as good ... but good enough I'm sure.

Is it better to have 10 mil a year and be miserable working 60 hours a week for 10 years

.... or have 5 mil a year working 20 hours a week and be stress free and relaxed and summers off.

To be fair though, it's not all Gruden. Team took a step backwards last year for no reason too.
