**Rams at Titans**(+5.5, 42) 1:00 (2 Viewers)

Rams completely shut down the Texans offense last week, and I'm not expecting anything different this week. Despite the score, the Titans offense was awful last week, barely clearing positive yardage in the 2nd half. I'd be VERY excited to be starting the Rams D this week. Titans need to get the ball out of Ward's hands quick.

Titans D played well last week. Some of that was Bo Nix playing awful, but Titans deserve some credit too. Rams will be a much tougher test. Stafford to Puka looks pretty unstoppable to me (Puka had 10-130 and he missed almost half the game for bandage changes and a concussion check) and I think the Rams will have more consistent rushing success than Denver did.

Rams cover.

JC Latham is out.
We have years of bad RT play and bad blocking help by Chig to have enormous doubts whether Verse can get ten sacks in one game or not but he's gonna try and we may be wondering if Ward should have even been playing in his first home game.

The only wall that has ever been able to run is out so the Rams won't Sweat running up the middle.

The Titans secondary is so stinking good and under appreciated. Stafford can test them, but I bet they run all day.

The Titans were supposedly going to use every WR in every spot- mantra all offseason- and then they did not. This week supposedly they will.

Cam should be able to throw on the Rams (if he's in a fifteen yard shotgun to get enough time) so it could be a fun game. The WRs were nothing last week so this could be a taste of what's to come.

Watch the TEs blocking. Latham could be out a few weeks (which means closer to the trade deadline) and if two of them block wayyyy better than the third that could equate to a trade. Also the ol bump and go out on a route. The TE has some importance with a sub at right tackle. Last year, when frustrated with Whyle and Chig, they subbed Ojukwu as a sixth lineman. For FF the TE isn't gonna do too much if they're in six linemen sets.

This is the kid's day
Nashville is so fired up for Ward and he's such a a good good kid.
I really wish the best for him.
I'm terrified of him getting hurt due to bad blocking.
I just sorta want good for this kid. The season may stink. Give him this day

RB Jordan Mims and tackle John Ojukwu will be gameday elevations for the
@Titans
for Sunday’s game vs the
@RamsNFL

There's that potential sixth lineman.

Also if Mims plays much, I'd be curious if that means Khalil Herbert signing is imminent after his tryout. Chestnut has another chance this week but didn't look like much last week

Taking the Titans and the points. I thought they showed well on the road at mile high.

The coaching mismatch worries me but I like the home dog here.

On X it was said Blake Hance (signed to backup all five) would not be playing tackle. But the Titans adding backup C Corey Levin suggests that's not true. I mean why promote Levin then?

There something in here that reporters maybe saw in practice and can't say.

Shotgun to give Ward time, ok but Pollard runs up the middle from there take too long. He's gotta run wide to win a foot race

Titans secondary still looks very good. McVay is having to get creative and that's a back handed compliment.

"Barton chokes on big plays" was how Bro cos fans felt and he did on the Harvey run last week and Puka run this week.
James Williams needs to play!

1 of 4 complete to Adams this drive
They've had to use Corum and Higbee
It's fine defense even if they score. Way way way worse situation on offense for the Titans

Edit 1 of 6

Halftime plan-

Redo Ridley's contract to fine him for drops
Promise a game ball and bonus if we never hear Ojukwu's name again.
Tell Snead to actually play this second half

Second week in a row that the Titans look tough to me. Bet them +5.5 pregame but I'm wondering if they can compete in a pretty open division...
Their defense is so sorely underrated.

If the offense could just score some point and keep them off the field a normal amount, they'll have chances

Yeah, agreed. Very curious to see how the Broncos look this week because I thought they really made life rough for Nix

I think that fumble is all on Cam. The way the announcers illustrated he was picked up fine and then Pollard gave him a shoulder...that's a lot of warning for Cam

So if Snead plays the second half he's tired? Idk it could be just Adams greatness. I don't doubt Adams will win at some point

Moore did great on that last pass but Verse didn't stop playing and hit Ward

Great hustle by Oliver again. Idk what's with the diagonal dive tackle but someone else would have lit up a returner. It's almost good sportsmanship
