Rank the draft order 1-14 (1 Viewer)

I'm having trouble. We draw where we pick what draft spot to pick.

I obviously think whoever chooses first and second will select that but maybe someone will choose 14 (back to back picks) over 12 or so.

What if you have a guy like Henry ranked higher than LJ or Alexander this year? you wouldn't want like 6...

I'm just curious everyone's top 14 if they got to choose!

PPR I like these guys by a decent margin ahead of the rest:

1- LT

2- S Jackson

big gap

3- LJ

4- Addai

5- Westbrook

6- Bush

7- Fast Willie

8- Gore

The Shark Pool is reserved for sharing NFL talk and fantasy football strategy discussion. Straight from FBG's main page, If you don't like it don't read this thread or post in the Shark Pool.I am here to discss in this thread what order is the best picking 1-14 in a PPR league.I am curious what STRATEGY other members have while choosing what order they pick.I asure you that whoever draws 1st and 2nd tomorrow will take 1 and 2 but somebody may take 14 before say 11? who knows.I am curious what others think here.Thank You

1) I think it is a good topic.

2) Bumping your thread once is okay. Twice is inappropriate, IMHO. When you bump, recommend you add something original/interesting instead of just the word "bump". Perhaps a question that takes the original discussion in a new direction.

Just my opinion. I ain't no forum cop, or anything.

In my league last year, we allowed people to draw from a hat numbers 1-14. The manager who pulled 1 had his first pick of draft positions. Number 2 manager chose next, etc. basically matching your scenario above.

I don't remember exactly how it panned out, but 3-1-2 were taken first in that order (LT, SA, LJ). Then 4 thru 9 were kind of randomly chosen. Spots 10 thru 15 were still the last to be filled in order.

I think the exact same thing would happen this year being 1-2, then random 3 thru 9, with the last 5 spots filled in order 10-11-12-13-14

Agree that this is a worthy topic, as there haven't been many 14-team draft strategy threads that I can find.

Anyway, I have 9 out of 14 in a PPR league, and have been debating moving down even one spot to 10 to get a better 2nd rounder...i see the top 8 in this league going....

1 LT

2. SJax

3. Gore

4. LJ

5. Addai (could move up to 3 or 4)

6. Westbrook

7. Parker

8. Alexander

9. Me.....would probably take Bush or Henry, or if Alexander falls due to lack of receptions and Bush isn't there, I'd take SA, good value at #8 I think.

10. Rudi/Henry/Alexander/Bush

11. Maroney

12. MJD (way too early, but someone will pull the trigger)

13. Ronnie Brown (not a big believer in him...terrible OL/QB, too much dancing, not enough hole-hitting)

14. Peyton (could even go earlier, as we have long TD/300yd game bonuses, so someone will take him in round 1, reeing up another RB

So, what this means is, I'm debating whether, if Bush is gone, there's an y real difference between #9 and, say, #11/#12...I'll likely stick at #9 on the off chance Bush slips, but the thought of moving down is an interesitng one.

This is mostly based on personal preferrence and your own rankings.

I like 1 & 2 because I see LT & SJax above the rest and I like having the picks near the 2 3 turn.

I like 7 because that's where my tier ends and a middle pick may allow opportunity for value nabbin'.

The rest is fairly arbitrary to me.

You can win from anywhere.

Always take the highest pick.. People are usually thrilled to trade up later.
