Rankings (1 Viewer)

Including the rankings (subscriber content) for the players here is a little more specific than I'm comfortable with. Embedding comments into the LB rank list remains on my to-do list. Unfortunately, I'm struggling to get everything I'd like done right now. Bloom and I are putting together our tier series this week. There should be extended comments on many of these situations then.

In short, the rankings sort of speak for themselves. :)

In general, I like to rank in tiers and put the players with the highest upside higher in the tier (almost) regardless of risk.

In my next update, I expect to move Barnett down a tier, Posluszny down a half tier and Jackson (probably) up a half tier. The Dansby and Tulloch rankings reflect the depth of that particular range of linebackers and the upside (relatively low) of those two. I expect Dansby's production to drop a bit this year and Briggs' to stay about the same. I'm not recommending Tulloch as more than a matchup LB3/LB4 until the nickel situation is clear. Buyer beware with him; your risk tolerance may be different than mine with regard to nickel issues. I don't want to draft Curtis Lofton v2009, Andra Davis, Bradie James, etal as my expected LB3 starter.

I watched the first few series of this week's game a few times and he sure looked like the guy to have, so I just drafted him (idp balanced) from a tier where honestly I have no clue how to pick them. Can you qualify you comment a little now that I took him?
