That sleight of hand by Lamar was like a magician.
We just don’t have the personnel this year we’ve had since 2020. Defense is average now, after living on turnovers. Offense is fairly pedestrian. Stats look good, but they stunk for about 3 quarters. We are staring at a 9-8 type season and, if we make the playoffs, another one and done.
It’s truly time to temper expectations. We are not remotely close to being a championship contender, and the future is murky- at best.
JJ paid Dak huge cash, which is, and will continue to prove to be a mistake. CD got paid. Still have to pay Micah. Think we are due for 9-8 or 8-9 purgatory for a while.
Makes it all the more disappointing when we had the horses and repeatedly crapped out in the playoffs.

this O line used to be the class of the NFL. last year they were ok but not great. this year its been a dogs breakfast. are they literally ageing out before our eyes?
