12 team, ppr, 1qb 3wr 2rb 1te flex def k 6bench

I'm weak at running back as you will see and am just curious on what running backs you might go after and who'd you send to trade. Im currently 1-1 in 3rd place but have the 2nd most points for. I know other peoples records matter but I'm just looking for suggestions. Any help is appreciated.

Jared goff, kyler murray

Josh jacobs, peyton barber, kenyan drake, lat murray, ty johnson

Julio,obj,brandon cooks, fitzgerald, golden tate, dk metcalf

Vance mcdonald

Justin tucker

Stream (currently dallas)

Tough situation.  You don't want to give up Julio or OBJ unless it's for a stud.  I'd either float Goff or Murray if there's a team in bad QB shape.  Honestly I like Murray better than Goff, but if you like Goff better than go with Murray.  Fitzgerald or Cooks may be able to get you somebody middle of the road but maybe an improvement over what you have like Freeman or K Johnson, or if you are lucky someone like Carson.  But you can start 4 WRs in your league so don't give them away for nothing.

If you like Goff, I think Murray could potentially bring you the most bang for your buck from someone who may have went high on RBs and saved QB to the end.  I guarantee you if someone is starting Winston or was starting Roethlisberger or Brees they might jump at the idea of Kyler Murray.

Go after RB's you think people have soured on. Mixon is a great example. Maybe Guice if you're willing to wait out his injury. Could consider Gordon. Maybe Fournette.

Price is dependent on who you go after. Maybe 2 of the 4 between Fitz, Metcalf, Cooks, any RB not named Jacobs. I doubt either of your QB's will help bring in anyone noteworthy at RB.

Thanks guys for the input. No one will want a qb as i just picked murray of waivers. A few have 2 qbs and the ones that have 1 are teams with lamar jackson, tb12, and mahomes. I usually run 1 qb as well but goff on the road aint doing it. Thought he'd turn the corner and be a bit better. But i was thinking mixon as well after this wk as I dont like his matchup

Go after any teams that lost a QB and trade either Goff or Murray. Personally I'd rather have Murray and Goff carries a premium name so deal him if you can.  Beyond that it is hard to rtrade WR's for RB's because there are so many WR's out there that people rarely need them.
