My answer would be whomever you don't see as an important piece 3 years from now because this team needs a lot of work yet.  I think I would move anyone but Derrick Henry, Davante Adams and Sterling Shepard if I thought I was getting a decent return. I'm surprised with such a lack of talent that the earliest pick you have is 1.10.  I would also try to consolidate some of these players and picks for some earlier picks.  Rosters look like they are deep but you will be cutting players to get more players.  Maybe you can trade a 3rd for a 2018 2nd at draft time or package a couple picks for 2018 2nd round pick during the draft?

This team needs some work.  I would say I would move anybody at this point but it would take a lot to move Henry or Adams.  Anybody else is pretty fair game.  I would look to scout underperforming 2nd or 3rd year guys that you think have moved to be a better spot or will really increase their usage.  You don't even have the aging veteran that you can move near the deadline to a contender for decent picks.  That really hurts the rebuild effort too. 

Bottom line is you need to take chances and really scout underperforming guys to get an idea of who you think you can take a chance on that will pan out.

I have had lots of offers for Henry,Crowell, Adams but nothing really close.
