on the phone with "support" right now. And of course, by that i mean i have been on hold for 11 minutes...

crappy customer service update: spoke to rep, he put me on hold for 11 minutes and i magically got transferred to their payment center Now i get to explain it all over again...just how i want to spend my sunday afternoon

Comcast Non-HD channel working fine in Chicago. However, HD channel seems to have disappeared from the lineup!
