It's way too early to tell (only 100 major league ABs). Good average and OBP and his minor league history leads me to believe he's a free runner. We'll have to see what happens when Anderson comes off the DL, but if Willits keeps it up, he could be Figgins Light.

I hope so. I picked him up in both of my leagues today. I am in desparate need of SBs in both leagues. I could really use him in my lineup, as long as he stays in the Angels' lineup every game.

Seems like he has a muti-hit game every day. I picked him up. No steals the last two games, but plenty of hits and runs.

Thanks for the heads up on this guy. He is having a really good week so far. Hope he keeps it up. I need the SBs.

Great find. Picked him up on Tuesday after cutting Dave Roberts. In just 4 days, he's had 7 R, 8 H, 3 SB, and hitting .500 with .556 OBP.

One thing to keep in mind...

For the time being, he's only starting because of injuries to Garrett Anderson and Juan Rivera. There's a good chance he may be bench-bound in a few weeks.

He is hitting .400 and scoring a ton of runs. I am sure Scioscia will find some way to keep in the lineup, even when Anderson and Rivera come back.

There's also a good chance Garrett Anderson becomes a spot starter. Reggie is the real deal. Barring injury, he'll keep the job.I'm not saying go out and drop JD Drew or anything. But he's a great pickup in a deep league.
