In 2004, I saw a guy set up a weekend-long exhibit/sale of Wacky Packages and other such stickers at a mall in Jackson, MS. That dude must've bought 'em wholesale in the 70s, or lived on e-Bay in the 2000.But that exhibit was great -- before then, I hadn't seen them in a good 20 years. And then yesterday, I find them on the Web
