jene, john or AB is Rey getting the three down snaps early in camp or am I sitting on a keeper I should dump in order to spend that money elsewhere. While I don't like wasting 2 plus years with a keeper I need LB help this year and there will be a lot in our league available.

If I had to say right now, I'd say he won't play all 3 downs. The Bengals already said Thomas Howard is playing in the nickel and I have to think Brandon Johnson will get the other spot. This should be sorted out in camp and preseason. But the above is my guess right now.
