Does anyone have the low down on the exact rookie salaries under the new system? I believe there's still *some* wiggle room in there, correct? I seem to recall that teams are given a portion of money to divvy up among the rookies, and now the Redskins will have RG3 and not much else to pay out.

1) Is there a chance Griffin's contract exceeds Luck's?

2) Is there any chance Griffin holds out? Is there anything to be negotiated with a rookie contract any more (# of years guaranteed?)
