Day 2 almost in the books. Not feeling too much different. I have noticed that I am doing more stuff than I normally do (put together a schedule that I've been meaning to do for months, put the Christmas decorations away that I was supposed to do about a week ago, etc.), but I'm not chalking that up to a magic formula just yet. I did have a really good workout this morning too, so that's good.Right now, I'd say it's iffy if there's been any real affect just yet. It's definitely not hurting me though, as I don't feel any worse or less productive than normal.I'll keep ya'll posted.
