Rolle Vs. Harris (1 Viewer)

Antrez Rolle is a heck of an athlete, but he play CB,not supporting run defense so much.

Harris is to me a more regular athlete, but he play SS and I assume he'll retain his starting job, after his very good performances.

Any comment welcome

Not really sure what you're asking. Is it a lineup question, dynasty question, or otherwise? Some idea of a scoring system would help. I'll assume you want to discuss Chris Harris -- it's not been determined whether Todd Johnson will retake the starting job, but I think he likely will as he's been consistently good in every game he's played.

I'm sorry I was not so clear

I refer to a choice between 2 players that have been consistent in different roles.

For now I have Rolle and he produced good fantasy numbers only with takles.

No big plays no INT but some good passing protection.

Obviously it works only when he faces passing oriented teams.

Harris seems to give much more support in run defence and maybe ha could be a big paly man in a dominant unit.

I'm wondering if I have to make a change

Scoring is 1 for TKL, 0,5 for AST,3 INT,6 any TD

Thanks.Without a premium for INT and no points awarded for passes defended, it's usually correct to lean toward the safety unless the corner is ultra-consistent in the tackle column or a huge big play threat. Rolle has been neither. Harris is a bit risky given that it's not been confirmed that he'll get full time snaps when Johnson is deemed healthy enough to play. I think he likely will remain the starter, though, and he certainly looks safe for this week with Johnson yet to participate in a full practice. The decision would be closer in a dynasty league but if this is a playoff game I probably make the move to Harris.

I'm really near to make that call.

It's playoff time and I want to have some more to look at on MNF,when I like to have some more players to play in order to eventually have a great comeback! :football:

Probably. Johnson didn't practice on Friday either. See what the local news outlets say tomorrow but it's not likely they'll rush Johnson back without practicing. Johnson isn't Brian Urlacher and Harris is playing well.

Johnson has been ruled out for Week14 on Friday's report.

Link please? As far as I can tell, Tommie Harris is the only Bear listed as OUT on the injury report. Both Chicago newspapers are calling Johnson questionable this morning after missing practice yesterday.
