Romo Gets First Endorsement Deal! (1 Viewer)

IMO the fumble at the end of the play was worse. He had the 1st down :D
A. No, the worst part of the play was his inability to handle the snap.B. Did they rule he fumbled the ball or did they rule him down at the spot? If they ruled him down at the spot he was short of the first down.

If they had kept Vanderjagt maybe he would have blocked the defender and Romo at least would have had a first down. Instead he was caught from behind and the season ends because the kicker is a little dainty and didn't want to get in the way of a defender. :nerd:

Vanderjagt HT: 6-5, WT: 211

Gramatica HT: 5-8, WT: 170

 Martin sort of slapped the defender. If he put any kind of block on the guy Romo could have scored. That being said it is not a familiar position for a kicker to be in, and bottom line is that they should not have ever been in that position.

I've seen very little props doled out to #27 for that game saving tackle.
