Shark Pool Home League #2 (FBG Home Leagues) (1 Viewer)

The QB rankings felt a little harsh for Dak and Hurts tho yikes....and my TE's of Hock and Warren are a weak point, got an F.....ya ok.

Then I guess I disagree with the "experts" who apparently are sleeping on Tyler Warren - he's one of the TEs I've been targeting in the middle-to-late rounds but missed out on this time thanks to you lol - however good or bad that Indy offense is going to be, I think it'll flow through Warren. Unique skill set, loves football, top 5 TE this year, calling my shot.
let me clarify the F grade and post the shot

Your tight end starters are a bright spot with an A+ grade, thanks to solid contributors like T.J. Hockenson and rookie Tyler Warren. However, your bench TE grade is a big fat F, meaning you’re thin if injuries strike

First time to review this "Rate my Draft" tool. The only thing that makes sense to me is my #5 team rating.

My TE starter which is Tucker Kraft gets rated as a D+, but on my roster he is a Value Pick and the other TEs (Ertz & Freiermuth) get my bench an A+

Najeh Harris got called "Breakout"

My DST bench rated as 25% and I have no back-up DST

I'm slapping this team rating on my mirror, just like Rocky III when he put a photo of Clubber Lang on the sink mirror.

"There ain't no tomorrow Rock!"

These "ratings" seem sketchy as hell. I'm gonna choose to ignore and try to feel good about my selections and my team.

The Rate My Team thing gave my starting RB corp a D+. Gibbs and Kaleb Johnson. Ok.
And it said that although I was A+ at starting TE and bench TE, I can only start one of them. That's what it said. Even though I could start 4 if I wanted to.

Is the DB even programmed correctly to this Sleeper league's settings? The WR write-up suggested it's a start 3 WR league and not 2. Oh well my teams are almost always blasted by these kinds of tools. Nobody has ever built a rate my team tool or a trade calculator that believes rookies can break out.

I will need my WRs to hit. Metcalf, Wilson, Flowers, Waddle, Coleman are all going to be super solid IMO. I believe in Tre Harris but in my experience in start 2-WR leagues you just don't need more than 6. I think WR is a sneaky strength of my team.

ETN is my 3rd RB and I think he will continue to have PPR Flex value and occasion RB2 usage. My backup RBs are more or less dart throws that I have some belief in. Ray Davis just has a lot of handcuff upside and I will likely put him on the trade block. Tahj Brooks is going to be the #2 in Cincy as far as I can tell and he could end up being a very solid stand alone guy as the #2 on a superb offense. JCM in Washington can't get enough love right now and I even saw a blurb suggesting Robinson getting traded or cut (IDK). RB depth is typically my biggest weakness in most of my redraft builds over the years and I wish I could have drafted about 2-3 more upside late RBs and I'm not super stoked about my performance here. Other than to say I think Gibbs and Kaleb Johnson can really crush at RB1 and RB2. But I'd give my starters a B+ and my bench a D.

QB I only took Fields as my single QB. I mean... there are 6 starting caliber QBs that I like on the wire right now. Other squads are going to try and hoard. Ok. Good luck. I obviously have some belief in Fields but I don't see it much different from drafting Lamar or Allen or Hurts... you're going to start that guy. If he really face plants and gets replaced then I will have to pivot. But... what difference does it make if I roster that pivot during the draft or during week x, y or z? They're going to be available and the hoarders are only taking value from themselves by not rostering upside at other positions. I've won leagues with streaming QBs it isn't that crazy. If Fields simply keeps the job then I hold a FF edge against many opponents and all he has to do is break one 50 yard TD and it swings the week for me. If he throws a TD to Wilson I get the stack bonus. I don't think the rate my team tool understands the dynamics of a single QB league but it also seems I'm probably the minority. People are assuming Fields falters. They might be right.

TE if a couple of these other guys hit I'm going to be able to use them as flex starters. Bowers. Kincaid, Strange, Arroyo should all do well enough to flex from time to time.

DEF - really? I'm kind of blown away how many DEFs were drafted so early in both the leagues I'm in. Seems like scoring settings are pretty standard. The only possible quirk is the possibility of negative points, which I think there is an argument that a premier unit really holds an advantage over an average DEF. But we get this wrong every year. Seems like a no brainer to wait until the last round to me. I ended up with DET and I think they are a top unit. So... I give my DEF a solid A-.

I tried to do the "rate my team" and it gave me an answer that the roster were not full yet. Then strangely right after that I got an email showing me the "rate my team" results for league #3. Confusing ?

I agree with @barackdhouse and his decision to draft a solo QB. I almost did that as well, but thought I would hedge a bit late and take a chance on A. Richardson. So, I have an easy choice on who to drop as my first waiver. Not much ventured, nothing gained, but not much lost (I hope).

@Harjiran and @Scoresman H2H this week and the Henry fumble looks like it's going to make the difference to give Scoresman the win. 136.95 - 136.35 pending stat corrections. Not only did Harjiran have the lead with just the Henry fumble being the last scoring play in the boxscore, he also took the 0 for Worthy and that just sucks. Tough loss but we all have had em. Better luck next week assuming the score holds up.

@OldMilwaukee and @BlackCrowes have a juicy MNF finale coming up. OldM is currently up 119.0 - 110.15 with Odunze left to go but BCrowes has Jefferson. Projection on Sleeper says it finishes 129.92 - 129.00 so the take home message here *might be* who has the ball last in the game and is still wanting to throw, the Bears or the Vikings? Could really come down to the very end here.

@pinkstapler is in the clubhouse with a cool 119.0 but their opponent @Ramblin Wreck is sitting at 105.0 with J Mason left to go. Not bad.

@Largent needs to make up a 4 point deficit but still has Swift and Hockenson left to go with his opponent @packdog having the Vikings defense left to go. Probably gotta give the strong edge to Largent.

The @rzrback77 & @Gatorade matchup is described in posts above and also looks good

I ****ing destroyed @bro1ncos 185.90 - 105.65. Both in the clubhouse my pants are off. Bill was in my lineup. Have fun tonight and go Bears!!
