The best part was his expression in the video of the police serving him legal name change papers. Came with a court date, which he failed to report to. We filed an injuction with the leagues attorneys. It was a long court battle. Money well spent because he toed to the line in the end and changed name.

This is completely and factually untrue. In fact, as commissioner of my home league who happens to have this particular pet peeve, it's downright offensive.
Sometimes I think Rodney Dangerfield would have been a more fitting moniker, given the lack of respect you've shown me. After all, I'm only Gary because you can't remember who the 12th Beatle is in League Uno.

There is a second waiver run on Thursdays at 3 AM ET and then it's FCFS for the remainder of the week. You can see this in your league settings

I’m just so used to default Sleeper and Yahoo rules of waivers on laaaaate Tuesday night (technically Wednesday morning) and then FCFS free agents after that.Sorry for any confusion. I think fcfs starts on players that weren’t dropped on wed. Dropped players go through a secondary waiver period. Maybe.

No, there are two distinct waiver periods for all players, Wed and then Thurs at 3 AM ET. Then FCFS rest of the week for players that weren't dropped.
ETA: this is a change from last year, where we had just one waiver period each week.

That would be true last year as well. Any dropped players went to waivers.

Either way not a big deal. As long as we have FCFS pickups by Thursday, it's fine.
I just remember playing in a ESPN league many years where it never reverted to FCFS all week and instead was always overnight waivers, even on Sundays. That was dumb and I was worried yesterday that this league was suddenly operating that way.

FCFS pickups suck as they usually benefit the guy that lives on his phone 24/7 and can react to injury news instantly. See Tucker Kraft and Luke Musgrave situation yesterday.
