Good discussion in the first thread, but we narrowed it down to these 2 guys. Looking for at least 100 votes.

Also, thoughts on moving on with the 1.02 poll today, or waiting to see where others land tonight?

I think the top 3 remains the same as it was before the draft so I say let's move
 
Why do you throw away the other thread and eliminate Julio? He had a lot of votes in that thread. If I've decided I'm taking Julio number 1, why would I even vote in a poll that doesn't have Julio?

he's 20-30 votes behind. Jeter has been pretty specific in that he lets these roll for 100 votes. After that point, Green & Ingram were out in front.As for why you would vote: so you can voice your opinion?

The top 2 are definite but what happens if Ryan Williams or LeShoure hit Green Bay / New England? Depends on the league IMO.

i don't see them leaping Julio regardless, but I guess my opinion could be skewed since I only play in PPR

Big logjam at RB for the Saints. Ingram may wind up in a RBBC there. I gotta go Green on this. And I'm not all that high on JJ.

 
In that offense I'll be surprised if Ingram does not score 15 Tds. He could score that many with only 10-15 carries a game, just the goal line work. So much upside. By 2012 he will be the lead back and easily a top 10 fantasy RB. Not worried about a potential "logjam". You don't trade for Ingram to play mediocre players like Ivory and PT over him.

I'll double that cup...don't love where either Green or Ingram landed. I will vote though on the two and guess I would relectantly go for Green...with that said, if this is the majority that these two are "tops", good time to have a 1.03 dynasty pick.
 
It changed for me from Green predraft poll to Ingram now. I think he landed in a great place, even in PPR with Bush most likely gone he should get a few receptions.

I liked the idea a lot, but just wanted to be consistent with our first set of polls in order to better compare how the value has changed.

That's fine, I just don't get the reasoning in cutting it to two. I'll give you an example. In one of my leagues the owner has come out and said he's taking Julio. So if I'm 100% confident that Julio is 1.01, why would I vote for Ingram or Green when my 1.01 is Julio? It forces me to vote for one of the two that I like 2nd, which I think isnt' quite accurate in terms of polling. Not a big deal probably, but I just don't see why we stopped using the existing poll and moved to a new one.

The simple reason is to find a consensus 1.01 (and so on). I am sure Jones will go 1st in many leagues, but he was not close to the other 2 yet he had several votes. My hope was that those that voted for JJ would come back and choose their next choice in this poll, leading to a clear winner.

Also, if someone would rather start a series of polls with multiple formats, that is fine with me and I will bow out so we are not flooding the front page with a bunch of rookie polls.
 
Soooo.... I traded for the 1.02 in one of my leagues last month. Maybe if I make up a bunch of aliases and vote for the guy I don't want, he'll win and the guy in my league at 1.01 will then take him and I'll be golden!
