Rosters and Scoring (1 Viewer)

I am starting a new IDP league and was wondering a couple of things.

1) What scoring system are the FBG projections based on(offense and defense)?

2) I am looking for suggestions for roster size and scoring for my league. We will use a performance style offensive scoring system including points for receptions. I would like to have the IDPs scoring be close to the offensive scoring.

Any links to league rules or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

As I am sure it would help to answer my question, the league will consist of 10 teams. Offensive scoring is as follows:

pass td 4 (with yardage bonuses)

pass yd .20 5pt bonus at 300

rush td 6(with bonuses)

rush yd .1 5 pt bonus at 100

rec td 6(with bonus)

rec yd .1 8 pt bonus at 100

int and fumble -2

I have not added receptions yet and would appreciate any suggestions there as well. Mostly I am concerned with the IDP.

We start: QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 TE, 1 flex and K.

I was considering 3 at each IDP position, possibly with a flex player(although it seems the LB would be the primary use for the flex).

Sorry I screwed that up. Pass yds are .05 per yard. 100 yards is 5 pts with 5 pts bonus at 300
