Rotten Tomatoes Scores - where we discuss them (1 Viewer)

I was perusing rotten tomatoes scores via my on Demand function and noticed a few that stuck out.

1. Mad Max 2: The Road Warrior = 100%

I thought that was awesome, didn't realize it had the critical acclaim. Definitely a

2. Charlie and the Chocolate Factory = 83%

Not nearly as good as the original and borderline unwatchable for me...83 is misleading at best. :thumbsdown:

PS I realize the score is not compiled like a normal percentage would indicate, just thought it interesting to point out the misleading scores.

Every hyped animation and pretty much every love story, plus the "based on a true story" movies all seem to score way too high.

High score, sure, but 11% of reviewers didn't like it?

“Big Hero 6″ is the perfect babysitter for your kids. But, animation should offer something to the adults as well. Let’s find more original stories and even get experimental, folks. “Big Hero 6″ is nothing we haven’t seen before. Grade: C

This has got to be a ####ing joke - higher score than Kingsman. SMH.

I don't care much about the tomatometer or whatever they call it, the audience score to the right of it gives me a better picture of how good a movie is.
