I would do it. Brees has the much more proven fantasy track record. Atlanta's offense looks better this year than in recent past, but they still have two RBs they like to use, while Sean Payton will let Brees sling it every play. Saints defense is worse, so they have to get into shootouts to be competitive = more volume for Brees. Ryan threw for 500 yards a couple weeks ago and that skews his outlook IMO. Brees throws for 300 every single week, and has the most 400 yard games in NFL history. Road splits are somewhat concerning but Ryan has started off the year hot before, only to cool off considerably as the season wears on. I'd go Brees easily.
