I seriously believe that's his likely production this week. If they are trailing, Sproles will be on the field, if it's a blow-out (& Norv isn't lying through his teeth about Mathews supposedly being the guy they want as the #1), Tolbert will be on the field. If it's close, they'll find another reason to not get him touches. Basically, the way his ankle injury was handled is b.s.; if he's too injured for a full load, then he's too injured to touch the ball 8 times as well.
