The name that stands out to me is Seth Roberts. He will be boom/bust because he is TD dependant, but the Raiders like to look his way in the end zone (he's got an inch on Cooper, and three inches on Crabtree, so he presents a slightly bigger target; Walford hasn't been involved much in the O yet this year, so Roberts is the default big body).
KC has a solid D, but they are near the bottom of the league in giving fantasy points to opposing receivers (25th in my .5 ppr league). Oakland plays at home too.
Crowder would be my second choice, but despite Philly's D probably being worse that we think they are, they are still legit against the pass. Plus Washington has two very good backup TEs in Vernon Davis and Niles Paul. No guarantee the targets will go up substantially.
Perriman could be a sneaky play too. Steve Smith is almost certainly out and if Wallace plays he will be dinged up. None of the other Ravens receivers (outside of rookie Chris Moore) can get down the field and Flacco likes to uncork it. The new OC is going to pound the run more, but the giants are bad against the pass, and I think the Ravens will still use Flacco's ELTIE deep ball ability. Perriman is still raw, but he has shown flashes in multiple games. I would not be surprised at all if he ends ups with something like 3 catches on 7 targets for 50-60 yards and a score.
