This screams potential trap game to me. TB had trouble with them in the 1st meeting, and I don't see why they won't again. I'm not super confident in anyone in this game. I mean, in theory Bucky Irving is a good start, but I could see a quieter game if he doesn't get a TD. NO secondary is pretty bad, but I don;t know that I trust Godwin or especially Egbuka to truly take advantage of it. Sounds like Tristan Wirfs could miss this one, and that makes Chase Young a potential problem for Mayfield.

Conversely, Chris Olave has been among the highest floor WRs all season, but this also feels like a floor game, especially with a nagging back issue. I think Vele is a desperation start only, I would want to chase those points. Just feels like an ugly game.

I like the call for a close one here. Shough is playing better ball than it appears in the box score and I am impressed with how he looks with just a few starts under his belt. Terrible interior protection, virtually no running game to lean on, lack of playmakers….and he is out there battling and making plays each week. I hope they give him a shot to be the guy and give him some tools to succeed this off-season.

I’ve missed chunks of the game myself, but Neal got a carry on the Saints last drive. He might have had a stinger, or needed a re-tape or something because he was out a series.

Won't happen but Todd Bowles should be fired immediately. I don't think anyone is better in the building but I'm soooo over him. Defensive coach that has a horrible defense.

He is hurt. The offensive line is a mess shuffling practice guys in/out every week. Egbuka dropped two more of his throws one for a big first down and another that was the game tying TD.

It’s been a rough stretch.
