In a non PPR I see Deuce as the better back going forward. Last night on their clock eating drive, you didnt see the rookie in there. Deuce can grind out the clock when they have a lead, and the fact that Deuce/Bush are splitting time meas Deuce is more fresh near the end of the game than he would be if he was getting all the touches. I think we will see some 4th quarter Deuce TDs when the defense is worn down, much like he got in the Green Bay game. A "fresher" Deuce late in the game = money.
20 carries a game = quality FF RB2
In a PPR Bush may have more value, but I see Deuce with twice as many TDs as Bush from here on out easily. I think if they would have left Deuce in the game when they had 1st and goal at the 1 he could have punched it in. Instead they bring in Bush to try to hit the corner, which doesnt work against a fast defense like Atlanta. I think we will see Deuce left in the game more at the goal line from here on out.
unless Payton finds some new way to use Reggie and get him in the end zone I don't see Bush passing Duece in total points by the end of the year. Bush will have bigger games though... just on an inconsistent basis.
