2-16 pass to bryant on the outside covered by jacques reeves 15yd
3-1 gore up the middle, almost broke it for long yards, 4yds
2-10 sweep to the right, no room to run for gore.
3-10 nice sack by jason hatcher

LOL. Just seen a female sideline reporter speak to Nolan at the start of the 3rd quarter, he responded with something like, "I'm not happy with the D, the O hasn't been on the field, we don't look flat, we're just getting beat".
The funny thing was the reporter looked frightened while talking to Nolan, and visibly sighed with relief when he walked away abruptly. I get the feeling that Nolan is a pretty intense guy.

Ayodele started the game, but I didn't hear them call his name for anything. The Cowboy D was only on the field for 18 plays in the first half

We need to put this first half into perspective. SF is running a 4-3 defense tonight since they have 3 LB'ers out. Their 3-4 D is not that good and switching to a 4-3 to accomodate injury is going to be a lot worse. Dallas is not this good running the ball. Their D on the other hand is top 3.

After tonight's performance has MBIII made any gains on bumping Julius Jones for the starting gig outright or will MBIII have to wait until about Week 3 or 4 for Parcells to make him the starting QB

Maybe it's just me, but I don't see much of a chance of MBIII ever becoming the starting QB anywhere.As far as RB goes, Parcells has stated he will use Julius on 1st and 2nd downs and MBIII on third downs. That's how he used them tonight (except he used MBIII in the 2 minute offense), and barring injury I don't see anything that would make me think he would deviate from that.

I was going to start a thread on this, but I'll ask here 1st. Did anyone else notice Antonio Bryant seem to get shaken up in this game? He was targeted in the endzone a play or two before Vernon scored. It looked like he might have gotten an arm stuck between crossing defenders. A bit later the camera showed a player on a knee being treated on the sideline, but the announcers missed the cue to talk about it. Haven't seen anything about it since. Anyone else notice this or have any info?

i did just watch that play and saw him come off the field after. didn't look too serious as he was swinging both arms. i didn't see the instance of the player shown being treated on the sideline though. haven't heard anything else about it.

This was in the Cowboy's coverage of the game. It was just a brief moment--like a producer assumed the announcers noticed the potential injury and would want to talk about it more but then cut away when they were talking about something else. I was assuming it wasn't a big deal, or we'd have heard about it. Just wanted a little more info if anyone had it since a lot of people are drafting very soon.
