Can someone point me to where on Footballguys it was listed that Santonio Holmes was out yesterday? It's not in the Breaking News; Not in player news; he's #10 on the cheatsheets.

What's the story? I pay for FBG b/c they are on top of these things. I may lose in one league b/c he was out. Just curious what happened.

Didn't see it anywhere.

I was home for the first time this year between 12-1pm EST. On the PC, getting updates from FBG and Draft Sharks about things like Delhomme being inactive (big shock). I was listening to updates from John Clayton (Mr Steeler himself) at 12:30 and listening to the NFL Radio Network.

Everyone missed it. It happens. Get over it. btw, his presence in one of my lineups cost me as well

Holmes injured his hamstring during the team's pre-game warm-ups after the active rosters were set and did not play in the game. Coach Tomlin commented "We had already turned in the people that were participating," Tomlin explained. "He was one of them, so we played with 44 today. What else is new?"

This comes from this thread. We got spammed by a dude trying to push the worst t-shirt ever. The shirt had excuses for why your fantasy season went poorly. When someone whines about why they did poorly the FFA response may be "point to the shirt". Go read the thread. It will make more sense.

There is already a big thread on this. Nobody but the Steelers trainers knew before the game started so quit yer #####in. I'm sure that FBG not reporting one player out doesn't diminish the worth of the site. If it does, go find another site. But eirhter way, learn to use the search button since it was discussed to death yesterday and such a savvy ff player like yourself should've known that.

Why are you trying to sugarcoat the truth? The fact is, the staff at FBG does not like you and sabotaged your lineup for the Week 5 game which will likely cost you your season. Good day, sir!

I was watching the game and it wasn't mentioned until after the game started.

He was on the active roster and the Steelers didn't call a press conference five minutes before the game started to announce he was out.

Since he stayed dressed, I'm assuming they were not sure he would miss the whole game just yet...

Just out of curiosity, though, how soon before a game does a team have to announce its active roster? 30 minutes?
