That game @PHI will probably be a 4PM game. Fox would have thrown a fit if they didn't get that game.

Without looking at dates, I'd say zero. It's the Lions we're talking about...outside of Thanksgiving, we don't get nationally televised games

5 primetime games for Pittsburgh?

Hmm, they're all after week 5, which is Pittsburgh's bye? And we wonder why the schedule was delayed...

this ####in blows, seriouslyi'm so damn tired of the whole big ben crap, now they give them 5 PT games after his suspension? I acknowledge the need to build drama for ratings, but this just reeks of fox news style attention whore tactics.

Per the Houston Texans message board, post that was deleted: 3 prime time games:

2 MNF: @ Colts, Home vs Balt, Thurs @ Phil.

Edit: coolnerd beat me to it.

That's pretty brutal. Will be real hard to get early momentum with two games in first 8 vs. Indy.

Just think how Bud Selig lost it when the McNabb trade went down the Sunday night before opening day. Would love to see his reaction to that 7:20 start time going against the World Series lol.

Browns Open in Florida, Close with Steelers

CLEVELAND (AP) -- For the first time since 1999, the Cleveland Browns will open the season on the road.

The Browns will play their first game on Sept. 12 in Tampa Bay, snapping an 11-year home streak that began when Cleveland returned to the NFL as an expansion franchise.

They'll finish the season at home on Jan. 2 against the rival Pittsburgh Steelers, the last of three straight AFC North games after a visit to Cincinnati on Dec. 19 and a home game against Baltimore on Dec. 26.

After facing the Bucs, the Browns will play their home opener on Sept. 19 against Kansas City.

Cleveland does not have a prime-time TV game for the first time since 2007 but will play the defending Super Bowl champions for the third straight year. They'll visit the New Orleans Saints on Oct. 24.
