So Holt had 89 yards, then caught a 2 pt conversion. He's still listed with 89 yards. Do the yards and reception not count on the two point conversion? Thanks.

Nope. He does not get credit for the catch or the yards. Frerotte does not get credit for a completion (nor would he get credit for an INT if he threw one).
