I'm just speechless. Can the Rams even win a game this year?

Points for 29

Points against 116

The defense is terrible, and the Offense can't put a drive together. Is there any hope for STL?

They have a much softer schedule the second half of the season. To be fair, they've gotten destroyed by the Eagles, Giants, and the Seahawks. True, the Seahawks are not a great team, but they're a perennially good team that's had some really bad luck early on and was poised to blow up. I don't think the Rams go 13-3 or anything, but I think 5-11 is more approachable than their local fans do.

The Rams have their bye in week 5. I will be shocked if Linehan is still the head coach when they play the Redskins week 6.

A large part of the Seahawks bad luck was they were starting McMullen and Bumpus at WR and they still hung 37 points on the Rams.Loosing is one thing but being blown out by that offensive team they faced today is damn near inexcusable.

During the game, they put up a stat that the Rams had still not had a red zone possession. All you SJax owners - turn off the lights on that party.

So Linehan keeps his job because his team is completely incompetent in all facets of the game, but he played three tough opponents?

He threw his team under the bus today after the game saying they arn't doing things pop warner players need to do. Says they need to hold themselves accountable.

Millen emailed over the naked pics of William Clay Ford that he has

Linehan should, of course, have been fired in the offseason. Now it's imperative that he be canned immediately, along with Haslett, who is juuuuuuuuuust about out of chances now, I think. This week, or certainly next week, if they want to take advantage of the bye.

Watch STL beat OAK to the punch of firing their HC today. I love watching football on Sunday's but I just can't bring myself to watch a Rams game, they are just pathetic.

... According to ESPN's Ed Werder and Chris Mortensen, Jones and Garrett have a disagreement over who the offensive playcaller should be.The pair are on the verge of a compromise in hiring Linehan, who has a close relationship with Garrett.

One source who expects Linehan to be hired speculated he could have the title of passing game coordinator while also being designated the Cowboys' playcaller. If so, Linehan would become the third different offensive playcaller in three seasons in Dallas, following Garrett and Callahan.

In a setup one source described as "strange" and "dysfunctional," Garrett ceded play-calling authority to Callahan a year ago in what appeared to be a change mandated by Jones.

If Linehan is hired, the Cowboys could make Callahan the run game coordinator and Linehan the passing game coordinator. The Cowboys have employed a similar arrangement in the past.

But this potential move would upset Callahan, who also resides as the offensive line coach. Callahan was given credit for improving the line, which produced left tackle Tyron Smith’s first Pro Bowl selection and saw rookie center and 2013 first-round pick, Travis Frederick have a solid season.

Won't they need another coordinator to coordinate the coordinators?

Jerry Jones will be standing up in the owners box with a conductor's baton.
