Seahawks' Fans DEMAND FOX Remove Aikman/Buck (1 Viewer)

General Malaise

What a bunch of thin-skinned ninnies. :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

SEATTLE – Thousands of normally loud Seahawks fans are calling for silence from one NFL broadcast team who they say are biased against their favorite team.

An online petition is calling for FOX Sports announcing team Joe Buck and Troy Aikman to be banned from calling future Seahawks games.

The petition, posted by Corey Bailey, had over 18,000 signatures as of Saturday morning. It reads:

“The Seattle Seahawks 12th man are growing increasingly tired of the negative remarks that are consistently made against our team by Fox Sports commentators Troy Aikman & Joe Buck. As nationally televised games, we understand that the commentators need to be sensitive to both the fans of the home and away team. However, Aikman & Buck's comments heavily favor any and all of the Seahawks opponents. Their comments are incredibly critical and degrading. Not only do we respectfully request, the 12th Man DEMANDS that these two commentators be banned from calling any future Seahawks games.”
DEMANDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1111111111111111

Counter petition demand that they call ALL Seahawks games is in order :)

If Peter King gets to talk about my Bengals, these guys should put up with Buck and Aikman ;)

I unfortunately get all Seattle games broadcast to me on TV and Radio. If you ever want to pull your hair out, listen to Warren Moon on the radio broadcast for Seattle games. He uses the pronoun "We" at least 550 times a game. He played there 2 whole seasons. :lmao:

Dave Lapham is homerific for my Bengals on the radio. Generally this would annoy me but somehow with Lap it's fun. If I hear him yell loudly I know something's happening - not sure what or if it's good or bad but something's happening :)

I got Jimmy Cefalo (who is turible), Joe Rose (jughead), and Bob Griese (he is really old now).

Super homer team. Jim Mandich (RIP) was the greatest homer color guy ever.

Nothing will ever top Rick Weaver and Hank (The hammer) Goldberg calling the games on the radio for almost 2 decades. That was a great team.

And Seattle fan's need to get over themselves....sheesh.

To be fair, they are the worst
Every game they do is the FOX Game of the Week.

The funny thing about this is that Seattle fans are coming unglued about the Dallas/Seattle game from two weeks ago. A game that Joe Buck didn't even broadcast due to the World Series. Thom Brennaman did play-by-play.

Kirk sounds smart:

I for one am completely und utterly sick and tired of the Joe Buck/Troy Aikman duo commentating on any game but especially a Seahawks game. Their "obvious" hatred and bias against Seattle and apparent love affair with Aaron Rogers and the Packers is prevalent throughout each and every one of their sickening broadcasts. If you live in the Pacific Northwest and are a fan of either of these two D Bags, pleez pack up and move now. Dallas or Green Bay would be perfect for you because we don't want you here.

Love him.

Pretty brazen for this guy to speak on behalf of the ENTIRE 12th Man. Certainly there are factions of The 12th Man that are ambivalent to these goings-on.
