What's Skelton's outlook in 2011 with AZ?

I thought I would bump this on a slower news day.

What are good guys that would likely come cheap in 2010 - or that are on the waiver wire thiw year - who could have a considerable impact in 2011?

I doubt few, if any, are on waiver wires, but some guys whose value is a bit low right now that could spike next year:

Chris Ivory (if Pierre Thomas moves on)

Dexter McCluster

Steve Johnson

Demaryius Thomas

Shonn Greene (LT found the fountain of youth, but won't last forever)

Michael Bush (could leave for a starting gig via free agency)

Brandon Petitgrew (seems to be over injury; he, Best and Calvin and Stafford are going to be a dynamic combo for many years)

Danario Alexander

Kevin Smith- 2011 will be year 2 after the ACL. Still only 25... Possibly land on another team? Not sure what his contract situation is with the CBA issues but would Otherwise would be a RFA in 2011

Riley Cooper (Phi)

I'm intrigued by Cooper, but how do you figure he can be a factor with two great young WRs in front of him as well as a solid TE and great receiving RB. Seems like unless there's an injury there just won't be enough opportunity for him in the next couple of seasons.

Maybe Lynell Hamilton (ACL late in the pre-season). If not for that injury, he might be a SOD candidate, considering what's going on w/ Bush and Thomas thus far. Possibly worth a roster spot if you have the room to wait and see how he recovers. I took him late in a couple of dynasty league rookie drafts, but had to cut bait.

Mike Goodson - CAR has shown flashes, but won't do much till either Stew or DW are gone.

A Gonzalez - WR IND - I've seen him dropped in a few leagues by frustrated owners. 1st round talent, but can't stay healthy yet. 2011+ potential

Joe Webb - QB (maybe WR) MN - long shot, but dude is a athletic freak and MN is carrying him on the active roster (vs. practice squad where he'd likely be vultured)

David Nelson - WR BUF - getting some opps now and is 6'5"
