I am convinced the Seahawks are going to the 3-4 for the majority of defensive snaps (majority meaning over 50%).

I've collected the evidence, which includes articles and photos from their first preseason game.

I expect a HUGE season from Hawthorne, and Clemons is a good investment with your last pick in the draft.

I don't think this is a 3-4 front as I posted earlier today (the second picture in your linked article is a 4-3), but, again, it's mostly semantics. Nice work, Joe.
