DJ Hackett tendered with a 2nd rounder as well. No story for this one, but it has been confirmed by his agent and relayed on a local message board.

Also I think Terrill is worth more than a 6th. Hopefully Seattle can keep them all.

+ Stevens. Most people dont like him but he is a huge weapon for the offense and is capable of taking a game over. Everything he does is magnified which makes it look like he is a sorry player but he is so important to what Seattle does on offense. I really hope he stays.

Hackett was a 5th round draft choice, getting a 2nd for him seems pretty good.

Hackett reminds me of FF, huge man love for the guy, but stat wise has nothing to back it up as a starter.

I like him though.

Hackett doesnt have starter stats because he has NEVER BEEN A STARTER.

He has done nothing but make plays when given the chance. It seems like everyone that goes to Seattle has trouble with drops at some point. Even Rice and Branch who were supposed to have great hands. Hackett has never had this problem in Seattle.

I was surprised by the 2nd round tender of Hackett as well. He is starter material. Maybe makes the DJax situation look a little more stable as a Seahawk? I think they match any reasonable offer for him though, he's been being groomed for a while now and is the only Seahawk WR over 6'.

Leonard Weaver, FB also was given the 6th round tender. Sat out the season on IR after a preseason injury. Haven't seen enough of him but he adds more run ability than Strong.
