Seeking keeper advice for 12-team PPR league (1 Viewer)

From my roster last year, I'm considering the following potential keepers for a 12-team keeper league (one keeper only, 16-round snake draft).  I'll have one of the top 5 picks in round 1 and am currently leaning toward keeping Howard.  I see a lot of arguments for against all these guys, but it seems Howard would be the best value here.  But I realize Pryor may have a lot of upside in Washington, too.  Any thoughts?

-Matt Ryan (13th rd)

-Jordan Howard (16th rd)

-Terelle Pryor (16th rd)

Howard is the very easy choice out of these three.  A high end RB2 (at least) in the 16th round is great value and the other two options don't come close.

Yep Howard without a doubt.

While Ryan and Pryor are good choices, but Howard is by far the best value.  Keep Howard.

Howard is the easy choice here, only reason to think of keeping the other is some crazy scoring or starting requirements
