Torry Holt has been a model of consistency and has performed at a high level for a long time. He has at least 5 good years left. Chad Johnson not that far behind him. Roy way behind those 2, if Martz leaves how will that impact him.

Holt. Here is why:
He is still young enough that even if he breaks down somewhat early, you will get another 3 or so years of solid output from him. Johnson has too much competition for balls and the Bngals are obviously going through some turmoil right now. I own Roy in a keeper league, and although he may seem like the obvious choice when discussing the future, I am a little nervous as to how he will do if Martz leaves next year to take a head coaching position somewhere else.
