Setting up an LLC for consulting purposes - Is it that easy? (1 Viewer)

I am currently in between jobs and may have an opportunity to do some consulting with a company before I land a more steady gig. It's my understanding that I should setup an LLC for liability purposes. I have set one up before in the state of Florida for our condo purchase (basically an HOA LLC for the two units for insurance purposes) and it was pretty easy to do.

In order to set one up for any consulting purposes, I'm assuming it's the same process. Anything else I need to do?
