New rules for QB scoring:    

• -1pt per incompletion if under 66.7% completion percentage.   +half point per completion if over 66.7%  .   
  
• Also removed the -1 point for for the QB if sacked.   
  
• Added in -2pt for QB fumble.
  
• Removed the -2pts for pick six.
  

Kicker:

• No penalty for missing a FG.
  

How will this impact the draft?   How will this effect strategy?   Thoughts?

I think there were additional changes to the K scoring also. Kickers get a big value boost this year, IMO.
