Nah that's a great song. Sounds just like the Ramones. Not lame at all.
Welp...guess it's a disagreement in musical taste but that song to me sucks ballz.:bigredX:I wouldn't mind if I never heard this song again. My worst for the 90s for sure

To quote my uncle, who died shortly after this song was released and I was in my mid-teens, "that lead singer's voice gives me a raging hard on".
I knew these guys before they took off. We were lowly college freshman in Washington DC and one of the guys in our group of newfound friends had an older sister who went to school with and managed these guys. At the time it was just two guys and an all acoustic act locally. We would go see them and stand up front in a local club with maybe 50 people there basically thinking these guys were the best thing since Simon and Garfunkel. Those few early emo acoustic albums were played on repeat in some of our dorm rooms, in particular after my high school girlfriend of several years back home dumped me before giving it up and a week later reportedly did it with a guy named Rocky in the back seat of his dad's Cadillac. I drank Nyquil and stayed in my room for a few days and listened to those albums on repeat. I moved home some years after college and finally scored with her, but she had put on considerable weight (for me anyway, maybe not shuke) and I just wasn't into it. Decided not to follow through after that.Vertical Horizon?
I am everything you want
I am everything you need
I am everything inside of you
That you wish you could be
I say all the right things
At exactly the right time
But I mean nothing to you and I don't know why
And I don't know why
Why
I don't know
OK, the Cardigans don't seem so bad now anymore.

Good old Vertical Horizon.
One of my favorite bands not many have heard of, along with Athenaeum. Mike Garrigan is a great song writer.Great 90's Songs
Dishwalla - Counting Blue Cars
Collapsis - October and Automatic
Sister Hazel - All for You
Close enough to the 90's
American Hi-Fi - Flavor of the Weak
SR-71 - Right Now
Confession. This was on my pre-baseball game CD.
