i have Carr as my other qb and my WR are odell Pryor moncrief and either coaxes or enunwa after the waivers

This is okay for you. Carson Palmer may be dead weight though. I'd shop and see what you can get from the whole league and see what WRs come up out of the rest of your league. Then if that is truly the best offer than go do that trade because Carr is your anchor.

It's not a terrible offer, but I would shop around.  Palmer hasn't been playing well and has a concussion, so he's likely to miss the Thurs game.
