I would if you're a contender.
Is it a PPR? That would give more credence to the Cohen side however with the 4 game suspension for Ingram already in the works I might choose the Cohen side even in a standard league at this point. For a standard league it probably depends if I have a good enough team to wait 4 weeks for Ingram or if you need immediate help.
In a PPR I choose Cohen easily. In a standard it's close but I probably still choose Cohen as I don't think Ingram will be anywhere close to where he was last year after he comes back from sitting 4 games.
