In my non-ppr standard scoring league, I've been asked if I would give up one of my running backs for Goff. Not sure whether it's worth it based on the rest of my team.
Start 1 QB / 2 RB / 3 WR / 1 TE / 1 Flex
My team - QB - Cousins, Alex Smith RB - Bell, Elliott, Montgomery, Ingram, Martin, Cohen
WR - DeSean Jackson, Hilton, Thielen, Crabtree, Moncrief TE - Fleener, Cousins
His team - QB - Rodgers, Goff, Bortles, Luck RB - Hunt, Smallwood, Javorious Allen, Alex Collins, Aaron Jones
WR - Beckham, DeVante Parker, Marqise Lee, J Kearse, E Sanders, P Richardson TE - Witten
Is Goff an upgrade? He's been playing well, but is he that much better than Cousins or Smith? He's averaged 24.9 ppg vs Cousins 24.0 and Smith at 30.6 ppg. Smith is ahead so far this year, but history tells me he will likely not score that high all season.
Bottom line, is trading for Goff worth it to make a 3-1 team who's been hurt by injuries stronger?
