Should I warn the other owner? (1 Viewer)

So, you are saying you are weak at a position and can pick up a guy that will strengthen that part of your team. Not only that, but by picking up this guy you are hurting your opponents chances of winning against YOU since it is the handcuff to his first round RB. I guess you are a lot nicer than I am. I pick Jennings up, insert him in my lineup and have no regret.

Pick up Jennings, then tell him about it.
No the shark move would be to pick him up tonight then drop him sunday morning if you have better options so he is locked up for this weeks games if this is the championship! ;)

Come on, he's probably a person that has a super serious life - cut him a break and tell him and let him pick up Jennings - remember, you are only sharing public info . . .
He's a priest. He's been a Christmas eve masses all day long.
What he is, he's more important than anyone that actually can pay attention to football news. You know, like everyone else on the planet that has a smartphone.
not that it matters anyway, its only pretend football, so why care about the outcome?
No, no - it's MAGIC football. Get it right, kid.
what was I thinking??

So I am playing against the MJD owner in the championship game, if MJD is out he might get screwed. I am also hurting at RB, should I pick up R Jennings or let him know first that I am thinking of picking him up. I really don't want to screw another owner like that.
1) Not YOUR problem. Hard to imagine your opponent made it to the championship game and isn't following the health of his team.2) If you "advise him" and he pulls MJD, then MJD plays and blows up, he'll hate you forever.

3) Worry about your team... period.

4) MERRY CHRISTMAS! ;)

If you are hurting at RB and if you think Jennings is a better option then what you currently have then you should grab him first and don't look back. You play to win the game. It's the other owners fault for not paying attention.

you should sit your best rb to even it up.

Are you out to win a championship or be nice? Dont be silly, it is up to him to manage his own team. You should pick up jennings and start him if you could as he will probably have a BIG day. FYI -- my brother and I are in the finals of our longstanding big money league and I have Hillis and Moreno who are both Q. He blocked me from getting both backups (Bell & Ball). Although I feel he is outthinking himself, I admire his attempt to screw me over.

somebody post the Herm Edwards clip.

you play to win the game!

pick him up, and if you can't/don't, definitely don't warm him. not your job...

Pick him up for the block if nothing else. No one has ever called me and said, "Hey, your QB is out with a concussion but there is a better QB than mine if you want to pick him up". “Winning isn't everything, but it sure beats anything that comes in second.”
