SILENCE! King Obama is about to speak! (1 Viewer)

Telling this guy to go away or get laid is crazy. I love bat-#### crazy threads like this. Still wish that guy with the troll avatar was still around.
Pointing out ANOTHER example of our President trashing the Constitution, the document that was written to keep the government from running your lives, is "#### crazy"?You sheople are blind!

This "agreement" is a direct attack on the coal industry....our main source of power.

It would make us lower our emissions even more AND give money to other countries to help them reduce theirs!!

Obama has already wasted billions on "gifts" to "green energy" companies which have failed ...and he did it all on his own.

Simply because he wanted to do it.

Seriously, how can you NOT be pissed?
This is all pretty spectacular in its wrongness. A couple of quick glaring errors on the off chance that some gullible person is misled by your nonsense:

-The loan guarantee program that helped fund Solyndra was pursuant to a program that dates to 2005, enacted by a GOP Congress and signed by George W Bush. The money was not "wasted"by Obama "simply because he wanted to do it." The president (even our current tyrannical dictator) can't spend a dime without Congressional authorization to do so. The money simply wouldn't be there.

-The agreement would not be a "direct" attack on coal. Direct attacks are, you know, direct. Any restrictions on emissions are, at most, indirect attacks on any particular industry, because the industry is simply being required to comply with the same emissions standards as everyone else. If "clean coal" was a real thing and not a fiction in the minds of coal advocates this would not be an issue.

-Although the amendments are still being negotiated, I haven't seen anything that would create a binding obligation to cut emissions to certain levels, nor would the US be obliged to give money to other countries. Those things would be voluntary.

There's plenty more silliness here, of course, but I assume most people can see a lot of that for themselves.
Varmint, any thoughts?

Of your own, I mean.

Maybe twice elected President Barack Obama should be removed from office because the Republicans don't understand science

Also, I believe the preferred spelling is "sheeple".

I've come to the conclusion that the OP and similar people are actually Democrats trying to make the 'other side' look bad.

I've come to the stance that I really wish the lie about O being king really was true. We'd save all that $$$ wasted on do-nothing congress salaries and I would trust any decision the guy made as being the best thing for everyone.

Wish he would ghave done something about ISIS about 4 years ago His Foreign Policy is worse than Carter's.

His legacy is going to be absolutely disastrous.

I think we do need a king. It would be awesome. I nominate Obama. I have written a new poem to celebrate:

We need someone to tell us what to do

Especially the South and religious Christians too

Obama the King, because he"s bright as the sun

The first thing he'll do is seize all the guns

Socialism for all, that's where this country is heading

And we'll force all conservatives to attend a gay wedding

We'll change the Constitution by royal decree

And make all illegals citizens and free

Then we'll make Sharia the law of the land

Reparations for slavery will be our stand

Obama Obama King of the planet

Long May you reign, something that rhymes with planet

The end
And we'll lock up all the birthers, damnit!

worse than Carter? More like the best since Nixon. Better than Reagan, IMO
Well, his point about ISIS is kinda whack, since a HUGE POINT of the Iraq invasion was to help train Iraq's "army" into be able to defend itself. That didn't quite work out.

Did ISIS even exist four years ago? I thought they were an offshoot of Al Queda in Iraq.
They were too extreme for Al Queda. There are all kinds of extreme factions wanting to claim an Islamic state over there. One could think that eradicating most of Al Queda brought up the rise of ISIS, and who knows what Saudi prince is behind them. I'm sure they don't want an oil rich region like Iraq stabilized.

The reality is that even though the US has spent a lot of time and money to help Iraq stand on it's own two feet, it's been a waste since they basically stripped off their Uni's and took their ball home, not wanting to fight. It's like borders don't exist there anymore, and there is no way the US has that kind of standing in the Middle East anymore to where they can help establish them. We all saw it coming too.

History will prove you absolutely incorrect.
And by history, you mean Fox News and right wing blogs.
When radical islamists use the ground zero mosque to launch their sharia death panels, those Fox News bloggers will be vindicated!

Nah...but I don't think he will go down as anything great foreign policy wise. Some pretty big issues with it showing up recently wouldn't you think?

Not really, both nationally and even more distressing internationally, he will be dismissed as a terrible president with a disastrous foreign policy.

I'm longing for Jayrod to deliver that promised throat punch.
