I'm of the opinion draft slots 1-3 have an advantage over picks 10-12. they get the elite talent and get better talent for the first 3 picks than
wouldnt it make sense and be a little more fair to snake from round 1 to 2, but then go reverse order the rest of the draft without the snake?
snake/std hybrid
Rd 1: start at 1st draft slot go to 12th draft slot.
rest of draft: start each round with 12th draft slot and go backwards to 1, next round reset to 12 going back to 1 (standard)
So from 12 slot, your first three picks would be (std snake, hybrid)
12, 13, 36, 37, 60
12, 13, 25, 37, 49
From 1 slot, your first three picks would be:
1, 24, 25, 48, 49
1, 24, 36, 48, 60
