The Cowboys will sign Barber long term and let JJ go.Oakland will take McFadden. The Cowboys will select CB and WR with their two first rounders.
And the Cowboys would probably spend a 2nd or 3rd rounder on a RB who they would hope would fill something similar to the JJ role.

They could take Slaton with that second first rounder. He and Barber would make a nice 1-2 punch.Even Mike Hart would be a viable option for that role. Maybe Justin Forsett in the 3rd+.

Right - filling JJ's shoes isn't incredibly hard at this point. It wouldnt take a first round pick to do so - especially at the RB position where you can find a suitable backup as a rookie FA (Selvin Young for example). I seriously doubt that they are looking for a feature RB. DB, WR, and DE are MUCH bigger needs.

If Jones really has wood for an Arkansas player, he can take Felix Jones at a reduced price from what McFadden would cost and he would be a better fit for what the 'Boys currently do.

And if they hit; they will be hell to deal with for 5-7 years as a team.

I hate you for suggesting this.

I don't understand why OAK would take him when they have Bush. Don't they have more glaring needs?
What has Michael Bush shown, at all? They have Jordan, Fargas and Bush. Very weak. A stud RB can help your team immensely, even when used in RBBC. Didn't NO have McAllister when they took Reggie Bush? How about AD with CT there? They have every reason to take him, he has super studly talent.

Considering Bush is a rookie 4th rounder who hasn't played an NFL down and has been slow to heal from an injury, I don't think Bush is someone they can really count on right now. Plus, how many people asked why the Vikings would take Peterson when they already had Taylor?

Why is that? What's wrong with Mike Hart as a 3rd down back?A draft of:

1a) DeJuan Tribble/Terrell Thomas/Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie/Mike Jenkins/Malcolm Jenkins/Aqib Talib

1b) Early Doucet/DeSean Jackson/Adarius Bowman/D.J. Hall/Harry Douglass

2a) Hart/Slaton/Felix Jones/Allen Patrick

would be great.
