We? I just get a kick out of those because we don't have to decide.
Serious now. Are you talking dynasty or redraft? In redraft I think there are probably better options out there in most leagues because his attitude is probably going to kill this season. In dynasty I would probably also consider trading him for whatever value I could get. His suspensions and attitude are things I hate having to deal with.

Don't play dynasty but think he's droppable in redraft, shame, he seemed to have "sky is the limit" potential if he stayed clean and worked hard. Drafted him in a couple but it reached a point late summer where he was going 3rd/4th round. Seems laughable now but it was like people just thought they were going to miss out on something big if they didn't take him early.

Hold for a week or two to see what happens when he is active again. He can't get any worse than now, so he has no FF trade value. However 3 things can happen.
1) He comes back and sits on the bench for the year/is cut.
2) He comes back with the typical "I have seen the light", teammates hug him and he is suddenly gets a larger target share.
3) He is traded elsewhere where he gets a bigger role.
In a game where you want to minimize risk and roll with predictive outcomes, I see 2 of 3 positives there. If you are in a short bench league, sure drop him. But as far as stashes go, what WR out there would be a better one? Coleman? Doctson is probably gone by now in most leagues.

Probably droppable in redraft leagues.
dynasty he’s a hold until you see how it shakes out. The talent is there, so someone will likely take a chance on him if he’s traded.
What waste of my 5th round pick.
