I rented an SUV from Enterprise (I think...not 100% sure) last summer and my wife was automatically okay to drive it, it would only have cost more other than my spouse. Didn't need my son to help for the drive to Florida so didn't worry about it.

Try this one: Moving to a new place and I call to have the water bill put in my name. Lady tells me $160 refundable fee plus $30.00 fee to change to my name. I told her the place already has water, I just need the billing switched to my name. Pretty sure you dont need to put in plumbing from the water tower. WTF?
