8 hours after I fell asleep. :freedom:
 my bedtime is 9:30. :nerd:

I get up each morning at the same time, partly due to habit. On the weekends I'll relax and read for a bit, then go for a run or ride. I want to get out of the house before the kids wake up because if I don't, it's harder to leave.

voted 6am .. even on the weekends I'm up my then.. Wife sleeps in until 8-9am, daughter 10am or later..

It's nice to have those first few hours in the morning to myself :coffee:

Worse yet ( for some here) ... My vacations lately are to my cousin's Cabin in Canada.. We like to get up and fish as the sun is rising..

We will be heading up there on June 5th, the sunrise will be before 5am, so we will be on the lake no later then 4:45am.

We are getting older now, so we find ourselves taking the "Old Man" nap Mid-afternoon and then head back out and fish till after sunset( 9:30pm or so). :)

Am I still commuting and working a job in this pole?

I get up at 5am because traffic in Atlanta is a dickmitten and I would waste even more of my life if I didn't. Ideal time for me is 7am if I have nothing to do

Back in the pre-children day, on weekends friends would fight over who had to call my wife and I to wake us up if we were doing something like brunch.

One of our favorites was in the fall to wake up, roll over and and turn on pregame shows at noon (This was before ESPN went to 10a). Kids suck for this, not so much their normal waking up at 'O Dark Early' just all of their stuff that goes on over the course of the weekend.

Depends on what I did the night before :)

6:30-7:00 AM seems about right on nice Spring/Summer/Fall weekends when I get to choose. Any later and I feel I'm wasting part of the day. In the Winter or on crappy/cold weekends I could sleep until 9.

I teach school, so in the summers I don't have to be up at a certain time. Although I sleep in a little bit more each week, I almost never wake up much past 6:30 or 7 at the latest.
