I would roll with Stafford. He but up 219 yds and 2 TD's the last time he played the Vikings and the Vikings are not looking very good at the moment. I don't see Stafford having a bad game and should do just as good (if not better) than the last time he played the Vikes.
Wentz is not the same type QB as Cousins so I wouldn't take last night as any indication of what Wentz will do vs GB. I think you are panicking a bit based on the early season Minnesota Defense hype. They are not the same defense as they were early on.

I would probably my go with Stafford. Minnesota is not what they were early in the season. Stafford also has had great success on Thanksgiving games... I think Wentz is a decent option if you don't trust Stafford.
